Revcor utilized nano-technology to create our patented nano-composite material called "NanoFlake^™". This revolutionary material enables Revcor to create an all polymeric condenser top that meets all requirements for use in an outside condenser application.

The Revcor Smart Top^™ concept allows OEM's to purchase a complete condenser plastic top with it various constituent components. The grill, fan, orifice, and structural top utilize the Revcor NanoFlake^™ material with a UL94-5V flammability rating along with outstanding UV protection.
