Joe has over 30 years of Human Resource experience in both the private and military environment, having vast experience in employee relations and leadership development among other HR segments.
Joe retired from the U.S. Navy as a Command Master Chief in 1998 after 22 years. He served on various ships and shore establishments spending his last 4 years at the U.S. Naval Academy providing leadership to one of the six battalions for the Brigade of Midshipmen. While at the academy he also taught leadership and ethics to future Naval leaders.
Joe transitioned to the private sector in 1998 after obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland, University College. He began his tenure at Revcor in 2005 after having worked in other metal fabrication companies in the Chicago area. Joe is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
